City Manager
Mr. John Payne serves as the City Manager for the City of Darlington.
Clerk/Treasurer
Gloria Pridgen is the Clerk/Treasurer for the City of Darlington.
Gloria lives in Mechanicsville, has two children, and is active in the New Jerusalem Apostolic Church of Darlington. Gloria is a 1974 graduate of Mayo High School and has worked for the City of Darlington for 28 years.
