CITY COUNCIL MEETS TUESDAY, AUG 11.
Darlington City Council will hold its regular monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11, at Harmon Baldwin Recreation Center, 300 Sanders St. Agenda.
Based on S.C. Governor Henry McMaster’s Executive Order 2020-50 on Aug. 2, 2020, face masks will be required, and the occupancy of the meeting will be limited to 80 persons including Council, media, and staff.
If you are unable to enter the meeting or unable to attend, the Darlington City Council will provide access to the meeting via a live video steam. Anyone may view the live stream at www.Facebook.com/DarlingtonSC/live/. You do not have to have a Facebook account to watch the live stream. Please note, there is a processing time of approximately 20 seconds for Facebook Live.

After the meeting, the video will be available on the City’s YouTube Channel and on Facebook. There will be a link to the video on the City’s website as well.
Citizen comments are accepted in writing on a continual basis via email to rock@cityofdarlington.com, dropped off at the drop box at City Hall, 400 Pearl Street, or mailed to City Planning, Attn: Public Comments, P.O. Box 57, Darlington, SC 29540.
Please include your name and daytime phone number with your comments. Written comments must be received by noon on Tuesday to be read.
No anonymous comments will be read to City Council.
