located at 400 Pearl Street, Monday November 13, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. for the purpose
of those interested in the Appeal to the Board, as listed below.

PROPOSAL: REQUEST FOR VARIANCE TO Section 2.3, Table 1 OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE – Permission to operate a Tire Repair/Replacement Shop (General Auto repair) at 905 Chestnut St (165-10-01-099).
