A meeting of the City of Darlington Planning Commission will be held at City of
Darlington Streets & Sanitation Department, located at 586 W Broad Street, Wednesday
November 15, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. for the purpose of those interested in the Request for
Change, as listed below.
Item #1 Change Zoning Designation of 905 Chestnut St
PROPOSAL: REQUEST to change the Zoning District of 905 Chestnut St (165-10-01-099)
from Limited Industrial to General Commercial.
Individuals may submit comments in writing by Monday, November 13, 2023,
to City of Darlington Attn: Director of Planning & Economic Development, 400 Pearl St Darlington, SC 29532,
or they may provide comments in person at the Planning Commission meeting.
