The City of Darlington is accepting sealed bids for the asbestos abatement project
from October 18, 2023 to November 1, 2023.

BID DUE DATE: NOVEMBER 1, 2023 @ 1 P.M.

SCOPE OF WORK

Complete the asbestos abatement for the property located at 1201 S Main St (165-12-01-031) as required and reported
in the asbestos inspection report. Contractors can receive a copy of the inspection report for bidding purposes by
requesting via email, phone, or in person.

ALL BIDS MUST INCLUDE

Cost of Project and Copy of Certificate of General Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PROJECT

Contractor must obtain and maintain a current City of Darlington Business License, proof of worker’s compensation and
general liability insurance naming City of Darlington as a certificate holder, provide a completed W-9.
